The Open Doors AI Talent Structured Mentoring Programme is part of our Mentoring Asia movement, aligned with Singapore’s National AI Strategy 2.0, and supports the nation’s ambition to build a strong, sustainable pipeline of AI talent.
Open Doors AI Talent focuses on opening these pathways through mentoring. The programme connects aspiring AI talent, particularly students from less privileged backgrounds, with experienced AI practitioners, researchers and technology leaders through structured mentoring and industry engagement.
Through these connections, participants gain industry insights, career guidance, professional networks and greater confidence to navigate their pathway into the AI ecosystem.
