Together with the ISPE Singapore Emerging Leaders, a community supporting students, recent graduates, and professionals transitioning into the pharmaceutical industry, we brought industry experience and emerging talent together through a fast-paced Mentors of the Hour flash mentoring session. 

Over 60 emerging talents and industry mentors came together at the ISPE APAC Talent and Discovery Summit 2026 for meaningful conversations, gaining fresh perspectives on the future of pharmaceuticals, emerging opportunities, and the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.
