Chew Nai Sian, Chris
Chris Chew is a seasoned Human Resource Development (HRD) practitioner and specializes in organizational learning culture, change, talent & succession management, employee engagement, team leadership, group facilitation and effectiveness. He helps individuals as well as companies, schools and institutions of higher learning develop the capability of their people.
Chris has 20 years of experience working in large multinationals like Shell (covering retail, commercial, manufacturing, IT) as well as top Singapore institutions such as the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM).
As a facilitator, speaker and coach, Chris connects easily with others and creates impact by helping others gain greater awareness, clarity and insight.
Chris was the lead adjunct lecturer in Organizational Development and Change at Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). He is also a certified DISC, I-OPT facilitator, ACTA certified trainer, adjunct facilitator at Institute of Adult Learning (IAL)) and a SkillsFuture Mentor. Starting 2016, Chris is also involved with the Executive Committee of the Association of Professional Trainers, Singapore (APTS).
Personal interests & aspirations
Chris lives by his purpose which is to help people be more effective, motivated and fulfilled in what they do. He focuses his energy right now by working with individuals and organizations to build their thinking capacity and personal leadership.
He is the founder of the Facebook Group “The Thinking Executive” and the author of the book “Conversations About Success – What Matters and How to Achieve It”.
